Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and the maintenance of our high-quality standards.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on vinyl records that:
- Were shipped directly from YesRadiothai Vinyls
- Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
- Were incorrectly shipped (wrong item)
- Show quality issues not aligned with our standards
All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Vinyl records with damaged packaging if the damage occurred after delivery
- Records that have been played and show signs of use
- Cleaning products and accessories that have been opened
- Special order or custom-made items
Return Process

- Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Include the RAN and original proof of purchase

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
Shipping Costs
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For faulty items, we will reimburse return shipping costs
- We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns
Damaged or Lost Returns
YesRadiothai Vinyls is not responsible for:
- Items damaged during return shipping
- Returns lost in transit
- Returns sent to incorrect addresses
- Returns without proper tracking information
